The Alcove Pavilion is larger than the Pond Pavilion, but it’s quite similar and similarly peaceful. The overwater bungalow has a living area of 79 square meters (850 square feet). The extra space of 14 square meters (150 square feet) is gained through a glass extension that adds a third person’s sleeping area. The living area is also equipped with a couch, that can turn into an additional bed.

The standard rate for an overnight stay is $2,180, but decreases as the length of stay increases, as is the case with Pond Pavilion.

The Three-Bedroom Tranquility Villa is perfect for groups and families, who want to relax surrounded by water and nature at 443 square meters (4768 square feet). Excellent for spending undisturbed time with the people you like and for whom you find far too little time. With three bedrooms and bathrooms, each couple has their own space for privacy in their villa. Basically it’s two Pond Pavilions and a large main pavilion combined. That means you get all the amenities of the Pond Pavilion plus extras. The trio of water villas are connected by a lovely garden path, which offers a uniquely private environment with plenty of space for everyone. You may relax in the private pool or dine beneath the private sala from the chef, who is exclusive for your accommodation. This accommodation also includes two four-seater golf buggies for those who wish to explore the resort or Providenciales.

The typical daily fee is $7,705, but you may choose to extend your stay to fully enjoy the holiday and receive a discount on each night.

The Four-Bedroom Tranquility Villa spans 480 square meters (5,166 square feet) and can accommodate up to ten people. There are four bedrooms with king-size beds, all equipped with their own ensuite bathrooms and outdoor showers. These amenities are distributed among the three pond pavilions, one conventional pavilion and one main pavilion. The conventional pavilion is not an an overwater bungalow. The main pavilion is ideal for dining or simply relaxing or you may want to unwind outside under the sala’s shade. For your further relaxation could be the large pool, which extends between two pond pavilions and the main pavilion. With your own personal chef, who will help prepare tasty meals with fresh ingredients from the resort’s herb garden, every meal will be a memorable event. Like the previous villa, you may also want to use two four-seater golf buggies.

The Four-Bedroom Beach Path Tranquility Villa is very similar to the Four-Bedroom Tranquility Villa, but has its own unique highlight. The highlight is, that it’s on a beach with a private path leading to it. Without the private beach path, you might have to drive for a while with the golf buggy to the beach. You can also enjoy the serene environment of your villa, not just from inside but also from the outdoor deck and its own private pool. The four bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate living area and a sala where you will be served your meals by your own personal chef. With your own private chef you will be able to enjoy the best of Caribbean cuisine with local ingredients prepared according to your preferences. Like the Four-Bedroom Tranquility Villa, this villa has two four-seater golf buggies at its disposal for exploring all that Providenciales has to offer.
